You can do bleaching at home also with the help of custom- made trays.
Dentist will take the measurements and will give you the custom -made trays. You can apply gel on top of the trays, and you should wear it for given timings. Along with that you should follow the doctor’s instructions properly and you may use whitening toothpaste to get better results. The results are depending on the strength of hydrogen peroxide.

● Whitening strips
These are done at dental clinics. Dentists will put strips on the outer surfaces of the teeth which hold peroxide. Sometimes, LED light is also given to accelerate the effects.

Moreover, you can use whitening toothpaste which holds hydrogen peroxide, mild abrasives and carbamide peroxide. You should use this toothpaste for 2 to 6 weeks and the results will last for 3 to 4 months. Such toothpastes only will remove the stains, it will not change the shade of your teeth.
