A patient presented with mobile upper and lower anterior teeth, reporting difficulty in chewing and concern about his appearance. His primary request was for a long-term fixed replacement rather than removable dentures.
Clinical Findings & Discussion:
On examination, multiple mobile anterior teeth were identified in both the upper and lower jaws, while the posterior teeth were comparatively stable. The patient was advised to have the mobile teeth extracted, followed by replacement with either removable dentures or implant-supported fixed teeth.
The patient preferred fixed teeth, and given the clinical condition, dental implants were the ideal solution. A CBCT scan confirmed adequate bone availability to support implant placement.

Treatment Plan & Procedure:
- Under local anesthesia, four implants were placed in each jaw (maxilla and mandible).
- A healing period of 3–5 months was advised to allow the implants to integrate firmly with the bone.
- During this interim period, the patient requested a temporary aesthetic solution, and Maryland bridges were provided for both jaws.
Definitive Prosthetic Phase:
The patient achieved both functional stability and improved aesthetics, regaining the ability to chew comfortably and smile confidently. He expressed satisfaction with the natural look and strength of his zirconia restorations.
