Patient Profile:
A 70-year-old female patient presented with the absence of upper anterior teeth, which significantly affected her smile and facial aesthetics. Her primary concern was to restore her appearance with a natural and long-lasting solution.

Clinical Findings & Discussion:
On clinical examination, three anterior maxillary teeth were missing. The patient was informed about different treatment options, including:

• Removable partial denture
• Fixed prosthesis (bridge)
• Dental implants with fixed crowns

After discussing the advantages and limitations of each, the patient chose implant-supported fixed crowns for superior function and esthetics.

Treatment Plan:

• A CBCT scan was performed to evaluate bone quality and volume.
• The plan included placement of three implants followed by fabrication of three-unit PFM (Porcelain Fused to Metal) crowns.

Procedure:

• Under local anesthesia, three implants were successfully placed in the maxillary anterior region.
• A Maryland bridge was provided as a temporary prosthesis during the healing phase (3–5 months).
• After osseointegration, an open tray impression was made for precise crown fabrication.
• The final prosthesis consisted of cement-retained PFM crowns with access holes, secured using glass ionomer cement.

Outcome:
The treatment successfully restored the patient’s smile and oral function. The patient expressed high satisfaction with the aesthetic result, comfort, and confidence gained from the implant-supported crowns.
