Reclaiming the Smile: Aesthetic Restoration Following Dental Trauma

A young female patient visited our dental clinic with a concern of fractured upper front teeth. She had experienced a minor accident during which she broke her two upper front teeth. She expressed concern about her appearance and reported a loss of confidence due to the injury. We conducted a clinical examination and took an x ray of that affected teeth, which revealed that one tooth was fractured up to the pulp level and required root canal treatment. The other tooth was restored using a tooth-colored filling material.

The patient was informed about the need for root canal treatment for one tooth, followed by Ligh- cure composite build-up for both teeth. Root canal treatment was completed, and once the pain

subsided, composite build up was carried out.

The patient expressed great satisfaction, as she is now able to smile confidently once again.
